Conditions of hiring

· Hiring from Saturday 17h^oo to Saturday 09h^3o

· Our rental rates include :  -  supply of the bed linen + kitchen towels

                                              -  water and electricity (including heating in cold season)

                                              -  weekly maintenance of the swimming pool

                                              -  cleaning of the villa at the end of stay

· Towels for bathrooms and pool on request : 15 € per person, per week

· Pets are unfortunately not accepted

· The reservation is final only after payment of the first deposit (30% of the amount of the rental)

· Balance two months before the stay ; guarantee of 1200 euros cash with your arrival at L’Agachoun.

· The visitors tax is not included and is separately charged : 1,10 € per day and person (adult and child over 13 years).
